Our journey to discover how Parmigiano Reggiano is made has to start in the fields, because there is an unbreakable bond linking Parmigiano Reggiano and the local area.

This is the heart of the area where the cheese can be made, and it is the only place on earth where you can find the extra special milk that has been transformed by expert dairymen into a product of undisputed excellence for more than eight centuries.

The 618 acres of farmland that surround our farm are proof of our deep-seated bond with our environs, that we feel obliged to respect and protect because our production of grass and hay, and most of the cereals we feed our cows, depends on it.
